The packages are about 15 kg and are made up of all the pieces of the heifer, i.e.: - Rib of beef - Rib eye - Rib eye - Rump steak - Entrecote - Steaks - Roast - Burgundy - Minced meat. Possibility to buy offal separately on request: kidney, beef tongue, heart, etc...
