BESCHREIBUNG
Das Weingut Frey-Sohler ist die Geschichte mehrerer Generationen, die eng mit Scherwiller und dem elsässischen Wein verbunden sind. Das Weingut erstreckt sich über die Gemeinde-Appellation "Scherwiller" und das Terroir des Rittersbergs, am Fuße des majestätischen Schlosses Ortenbourg, das über diesen herrlichen Weinberg wacht.
Das Weingut Frey-Sohler produziert alle elsässischen Rebsorten, vom Sylvaner bis zum Gewürztraminer, über die Appellation Communale "Scherwiller" (Riesling), die Weine des Rittersbergs, den Grand Cru Frankstein, den Crémant d'Alsace, die Spätlesen und die Sélections de Grains Nobles (Edeltraubenauslesen).
Alle unsere Fässer und Tanks sind mit einer Temperaturkontrolle ausgestattet. Der Traubensaft wird kalt geklärt, und die Gärungstemperatur wird systematisch von Anfang bis Ende überwacht. Bei der Flaschenabfüllung ist die Verschließmaschine mit Vakuum ausgestattet und die Flaschen reisen auf einer Staublunge, um den Wein optimal zu verschließen und eine sehr gute Haltbarkeit zu gewährleisten.
Das Weingut ist HVE-zertifiziert - Haute Valeur Environnementale und Mitglied der branchenübergreifenden Charta "Accueil en Caves d'Alsace" (Empfang in elsässischen Weinkellern).
